Example Definitions of "Compensation"
Compensation. Shall mean all salaries and bonuses payable by IKON and all shares of IKON common stock or cash payable pursuant to awards under the LTIP, but shall not include company contributions under the IKON Retirement Savings Plan or any fringe benefits.
Compensation. Shall mean all base straight time gross earnings, sales commissions and bonuses, but shall exclude payments for overtime, shift premiums, and other compensation.

Compensation. Shall mean payments accrued for a current Fiscal Year and paid in the subsequent Fiscal Year from the Contingent Compensation Plan and the Incentive Compensation Plan.
