Compensation

Compensation. All regular straight time gross earnings, bonuses and commissions and shall not include payments for overtime, shift premium, incentive compensation, incentive payments, relocation payments or reimbursements, expense reimbursements, income realized as a result of participation in any stock option, stock purchase, or similar plan of the Company and other compensation.

Compensation. The term "Compensation" for the Sub-Plan means the amount of gross base pay, excluding commissions, overtime, incentive or bonus awards, allowances and reimbursements for expenses such as relocation allowances or travel expenses, income or gains on the exercise of Company stock options, and similar items.

Compensation. Compensation. Means the base pay, commissions and bonus amount paid to an Employee by a Plan Sponsor with respect to an Offering Period (defined below). Bonuses and commissions shall be treated as Compensation, if at all, pursuant to such rules as may be determined from time to time by the Company.
