Compensation. All regular straight time gross earnings, bonuses and commissions and shall not include payments for overtime, shift premium, incentive compensation, incentive payments, relocation payments or reimbursements, expense reimbursements, income realized as a result of participation in any stock option, stock purchase, or similar plan of the Company and other compensation.

Compensation.
