Disability. The same meaning as applies for purposes of Section 409A of the Code

Disability. A medical condition in which a Participant is either entitled to total and permanent disability benefits under the Social Security Act or judged to be totally and permanently disabled by the Administrator
Disability. Unless otherwise provided in an Award Agreement, a determination that a Participant is disabled in accordance with a long-term disability insurance program maintained by the Company or a determination by the Company or applicable governmental entity having jurisdiction over the Participant that the Participant is totally disabled.

Disability. Has the meaning given in the Company's long‐term disability plan or policy (regardless of whether the Employee is covered thereby) or, if no such plan or policy is in place, then "Disability" means the Company's determination that the Employee has been unable to substantially perform the Employee's duties, due to a medically‐determinable physical or mental incapacity, for one‐hundred eighty (180) consecutive days.

Disability. The inability of a Participant to perform the Participant's duties with the Company on a full-time basis for one hundred twenty (120) consecutive days within any twelve (12) month period as a result of a physical, mental or psychological incapacity or impairment.
Disability. Shall occur upon the Participant becoming eligible for disability benefits under the Company's long-term disability plan, or, if earlier, upon the Participant becoming eligible for Social Security disability benefits.
