Disability

Disability. Has the meaning set forth in the CIC Severance Plan.

Disability. Any disability of an Officer recognized as a disability for purposes of the Company's long-term disability plan, or similar plan later adopted by the Company in place of such plan

Disability. Your inability to perform the essential functions of your position, with reasonable accommodation, for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) consecutive days because of your physical or mental impairment, provided your disability also qualifies as a "disability" as defined in the regulations under Section 409A (as defined below).

Disability. The Executive's termination of employment with the Company as a result of the Executive's incapacity due to reasonably documented physical or mental illness that is reasonably expected to prevent the Executive from performing his duties for the Company on a full-time basis for more than six consecutive months; provided however, that no such incapacity will be deemed to be a "Disability" unless the Executive would also be deemed to be "Disabled" under Section 409A of the Code.

Disability. A physical or mental impairment for which the Executive qualifies for benefits under the Company's long-term disability program, as it may be amended from time to time

Disability. The meaning set forth in the then current Company-sponsored disability plan applicable to the Employee (the "Benefit Plan"), and no Disability shall be deemed to occur under the Benefit Plan until the Employee meets all applicable requirements to receive benefits under the long term disability provisions of such Benefit Plan; provided, however, in the event that the Benefit Plan does not provide long term disability insurance benefits then the Employee's employment hereunder cannot be... terminated for Disability and any termination of the Employee during such a period shall constitute a termination by the Company without Cause. Disability. Unless otherwise defined in an employment agreement between the Eligible Employee and the Company, an Eligible Employee's inability to perform the duties of his or her employment on a full-time basis for six (6) consecutive months, as determined by the Committee

Disability. Means inability to perform the essential functions of the Executive's then existing position or positions under this Agreement with or without reasonable accommodation for a period of 180 days (which need not be consecutive) in any 12-month period.

Disability. A long-term disability under the applicable long-term disability plan of the Company

Disability. Shall mean disability as defined in Section 409A of the Code.
