Disability. The disability corresponding to the second or the third categories of Article L. 341-4 of the French Social Security Code or pursuant to any similar provision applicable to a foreign Affiliated Company

Disability. Total and permanent disability as a result of bodily injury, disease or mental disorder which results in the Executive's entitlement to long term disability benefits under the Kaiser Aluminum Self-Insured Welfare Plan or the Kaiser Aluminum Salaried Employees Retirement Plan.
Disability. An Eligible Employee's disability, as determined by the Social Security Administration or the long-term disability plan maintained by the Company; provided however, that in the case of Eligible Employees residing outside the United States, "Disability" shall have such meaning as is required by applicable law.

Disability. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee in the applicable Award agreement, a finding of disability under the Company's long-term disability plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for Awards that are subject to Section 409A of the Code, Disability shall mean that a Participant is disabled under Section 409A(a)(2)(C)(i) or (ii) of the Code.
