Disability. Disability. That the Covered Executive is disabled and unable to perform the essential functions of his or her then existing position or positions in the Company Group with or without reasonable accommodation for a period of 180 days (which need not be consecutive) in any 12-month period. Disability. If the Participant is a party to an employment agreement or similar agreement between the Participant and the Company and such agreement provides for a definition of "Disability" (or substantially similar term), the definition contained therein.
