Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. Shall mean the Grantee's becoming disabled within the meaning of the Employer's long-term disability plan applicable to the Grantee, as determined in the sole discretion of the Committee or its delegate.
Disability. Permanent disability as determined by the Committee for purposes of the Award and similar awards under such rules as it may establish from time to time, which rules may be, but shall not be required to be, the same as those used in determining disability under any long term disability insurance program of the Company
Disability. The total and permanent incapacity of the Participant due to physical or mental impairment, to engage in any gainful activity, which disability can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months, and which disability shall be determined on the basis of medical evidence by a licensed physician designated by the Company
Disability. The meaning given that term under the First United Bank & Trust Long Term Disability Plan, as in effect at the time a determination of Disability is to be made
Disability. Any injury, illness or sickness that qualifies as a long-term disability within the meaning of the Company's long-term disability plan or program and on account of which such Participant is entitled to receive long-term disability benefits.

Disability. Shall mean and refer to the inability of the Executive to perform the material duties of his or her office due to a physical or mental injury, infirmity or incapacity which is determined to be permanent, by a physician selected by the Company and reasonably acceptable to the Executive, for one hundred eighty (180) days (inclusive of weekends and holidays) in any 365-day period.
