Disability. Disability. Executive shall cooperate with any reasonable request of the physician in connection with such certification. If such question shall arise and Executive shall fail to submit such certification, the Company's determination of such issue shall be binding on Executive. Disability. Executive's absence from Executive's responsibilities with the Company on a full-time basis for 180 calendar days in any consecutive 12-month period as a result of Executive's mental or physical illness or injury shall mean the inability of Executive to perform Executive's duties under this Agreement because Executive has become permanently disabled within the meaning of any policy of disability income insurance covering employees of the Company then in force.
