Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. The Employee is unable to perform the functions of his or her position on account of total and permanent disability, as determined by the Committee in its discretion
Disability. Any medically determined physical or mental impairment which is expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, and which results in the Participant (i) being absent from work for a continuous period of not less than 12 months and (ii) receiving income replacement benefits for a period of not less then 3 months under an accident and health plan maintained for the Company's employees.
Disability. That an individual is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or which has lasted for a sufficiently long period of time for the individual to be eligible under the Company's policy of long-term disability insurance.

Disability. The inability to engage in the performance of the Executive's duties with the Company for a period of at least one-hundred eighty (180) days in any three hundred sixty (360) day period by reason of a physical or mental impairment, with reasonable accommodations
Disability. Disability. Without limitation, the same as it does in the Plan.
Disability. Disability as defined in the U.S. Plan that also constitutes a disability under categories 2 and 3 of Section L. 341-1 of the French Social Security Code and subject to the fulfillment of related conditions

Disability. Shall mean the Employee’s inability to render, for a period of six consecutive months, the duties and responsibilities hereunder by reason of permanent disability. If the Employee and the Company cannot agree as to whether Employee is subject to a Disability, such determination shall be by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.d.
