Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. Means your inability to substantially fulfill your duties for a continuous period of not less than six (6) months, as attested by an appropriate medical certificate, or your inability to substantially fulfill your duties for an aggregate period of not less than nine (9) months during any consecutive twenty-four (24) month period. Disability. Disability means, to the extent consistent with Code section 409A, a physical or mental condition which prevents an Employee from engaging in any substantially gainful activity as determined by the Company's Medical Director provided such disability is expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.

Disability. Means Executive's inability to carry out effectively his duties and obligations to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or to participate effectively and actively in the management of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries for a period of more than 26 weeks in any 12-month period as a result of any mental or physical disability or incapacity as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act or as otherwise determined in the reasonable good faith judgment of the Board.
Disability. Shall mean the inability of the Employee to perform Employee's duties to the Company on account of physical or mental illness or incapacity for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days, or for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, whether or not consecutive, during any three hundred sixty-five (365) day period.
Disability. That you have suffered from Incapacity for a period of six consecutive months, as determined by a medical doctor mutually agreed to by you and the Company, and you have given Notice of Termination to the Company, or Notice of Termination is given to you by the Company and you shall not have returned to the performance of your duties hereunder on a full-time basis within 30 days after such Notice of Termination is given.
