Disability. The determination by two independent medical doctors (one selected by the Company's health or disability insurer, and one selected by Consultant) that Consultant is unable to perform one or more of the essential functions contemplated in Section 4(b), either with or without a reasonable accommodation, for a period of no less than six (6) months, either consecutive or non-consecutive, within any twelve (12) month period. Disability.
