Disability. Disability. A disability within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code, as determined by the Committee.

Disability. A disability entitling the Employee to long-term disability benefits under the Company's long-term disability policy as in effect at the date of Employee's termination of employment.

Disability. A physical or mental condition or illness that renders Grantee incapable of performing his or her duties for a total of 180 days or more during any consecutive 12-month period.

Disability. Shall mean Executive's inability to perform his duties hereunder by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which is expected to result in death or which has lasted or is expected to last for a continuous period of not fewer than six months.

The inability of the Participant to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death, or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve months, within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code.
