Disability
Disability. The term "Disability" shall mean a physical or mental incapacity that prevents the Executive from performing the essential functions of the Executive's position hereunder, with or without reasonable accommodation, for a period of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days or a cumulative total of three hundred (300) days in any period of two consecutive fiscal years of the Company.
