Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. The term "Disability" with respect to an Employee shall mean physical or mental impairment which entitles the Employee to receive disability payments under any long-term disability plan maintained by the Corporation.
Disability. Total and permanent disability as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code; provided, however, that for purposes of exercising any Option or Stock Purchase Right which is subject to Section 409A of the Code, "Disability" means that the subject individual is considered "disabled" within the meaning of Treasury Regulation Sections 1.409A-3(a)(2) and (i)(4), as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion
Disability. Means total and permanent disability as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code or in the Company's long-term disability plan.
Disability. Means a condition that entitles the Participant to long term disability benefits under any applicable Company disability plan, any successor plan, or as defined under any applicable local laws, rules, or regulations.

Disability. The Executive becomes physically or mentally disabled during the Executive's employment with the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate so that the Executive is unable to perform the services required of the Executive for a period of ninety (90) days
