Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. Disability as defined in Code Section 409A
Disability. Your inability to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and functions of your position with the Company (as determined by the Board in its good faith judgment, consistent with its policies and past practice) as a result of any mental or physical disability or incapacity even with reasonable accommodations of such disability or incapacity provided by the Company or if providing such accommodations would be unreasonable.
Disability. (k) "Disability" means total and permanent disability within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code.
Disability. (d) "Disability" means a permanent and total disability within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code.
Disability.
