Disability. Disability. Shall mean a physical or mental infirmity which impairs the Employee's ability to substantially perform his duties with the Company for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days and the Employee has not returned to his full time employment prior to the Termination Date as stated in the "Notice of Termination" (as defined below).
