Disability

Disability. Means that as a result of Employee's incapacity due to physical or mental illness, Employee is unable for a period of six (6) consecutive months or for an aggregate of nine (9) months in any twenty-four (24) consecutive month period to perform the essential functions of Employee's job.

Disability. An illness (mental or physical) or accident, which results in you being unable to perform your duties as an employee of the Company for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days, whether or not consecutive, in any twelve (12) month period.

Disability. Disability. Shall have that meaning set forth in Section 22(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

Disability. Disability. Total and permanent disability as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code or in the Company's long-term disability plan. A termination of Executive's employment due to a Disability shall be effective only if the party terminating Executive's employment first gives at least 15 days' written notice of such termination to the other party.

Means the Optionee's physical or mental incapacity constituting disability, as determined under the long-term disability plan applicable to the Optionee's employment with the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate, which, in any event, does or is reasonably expected to continue for at least twelve (12) months.

Disability. Disability or disabled means, determined in accordance with the following determination periods: (a) If Participant has coverage under a group long-term disability program maintained by Company, Participant is, by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, receiving income replacement benefits for a period of at least three months under such program; or... Disability. The inability of the Executive to perform his duties and responsibilities as an officer or employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries on a full-time basis for more than six months within any 12-month period because of a physical, mental or emotional incapacity resulting from injury, sickness or disease.
