Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. That a Grantee is permanently unable to carry out the responsibilities and functions of the position held by the Grantee by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment. A Grantee will not be considered to have incurred a Disability unless he or she furnishes proof of such impairment sufficient to satisfy the Administrator in its discretion
Disability. A condition rendering a Participant disabled, within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Disability. Your absence from your duties with the Company or Company Owned Entity on a full-time basis for 180 consecutive business days as a result of incapacity due to mental or physical illness which incapacity is determined to be total and permanent by a physician selected by the Company or Company Owned Entity or its insurers and acceptable to you or your legal representative

Disability. Disability. Disability means a condition in which the Participant is determined to be totally disabled by the Social Security Administration.

Disability. The date of such Disability will be (x) in the case of clause (i) above the last day of such three-month period or, if later, the day on which satisfactory medical evidence of such Permanent Disability is obtained by the Company, or (y) in the case of clause (ii) above, such date as is determined in good faith by the Board. In the event that any disagreement or dispute arises between Executive and the Company as to whether Executive has incurred a Disability, then, in any such event, Executive will submit to a physical and/or mental examination by a competent, qualified and duly licensed physician who will be mutually selected by Executive and the Company, and such physician will make the determination of whether Executive suffers from any disability.
