Major Investor

Major Investor. Means any Investor that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 862,068 shares of Series C Preferred Stock (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, or other recapitalization or reclassification effected after the date hereof).

Major Investor. Means (i) any Investor other than an LP Investor that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 800,000 shares of Registrable Securities determined as of the date hereof (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization occurring after the date of this Agreement) and (ii) each LP Investor for so long as such LP Investor holds at least fifty percent (50%) of the shares of Series C... Major Investor. Means a Holder that individually, or together with such Holder's Affiliates, is the record holder of least 16,782,465 shares of Preferred Stock (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Preferred Stock).

Major Investor. Means any Investor that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 5% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of the Company on an as converted to Common Stock basis.

Major Investor. Shall mean any Investor who, together with its Affiliates, holds at least 4,000,000 shares (subject to subsequent adjustments for stock splits, stock dividends, reverse stock splits, and the like) shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of Preferred Stock.

Major Investor. Each Holder who holds an aggregate of at least 15,659,255 shares of Preferred Stock, as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends or distributions, recapitalizations and similar events

Major Investor. 10X Capital Management Limited, so long as, individually or together with the Major Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 75% of the Registrable Securities that are issued on the date hereof.

Major Investor. Means any Investor that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 1,973,684 shares of Series A Preferred Stock or 788,447 shares of Series B Preferred Stock (or shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion thereof, and in each case, as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, or other recapitalization or reclassification effected after the date hereof).
