Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. The period of approximately six (6) months, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after a date designated in advance by the Board and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending six months later, during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised.
Offering Period. The three-month or other period selected by the Plan Administrator during which Participants may purchase shares of the Common Stock.
