Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. Shall mean a period of approximately twelve months during which funds may be accumulated for the exercise of a Stock Purchase Right, commencing and ending as follows: commencing on the first Trading Day on or after December 15th, and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending December 14th. The duration of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 9.
Offering Period. Or "Offering" means the period beginning with the date an option is granted under the Plan and ending with the date determined by the Committee.
