Permanent Disability

Permanent Disability. Shall mean that, due to an injury or illness, the Participant requires the regular care and attendance of a qualified, licensed and practicing physician, and the Participant is unable to perform the material duties of his or her regular occupation due to such injury or illness. The Committee or its delegee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether this definition is met.

Permanent Disability. The inability of the Participant, in the opinion of a qualified physician acceptable to the Company, to perform the major duties of the Participant's position with the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary because of the sickness or injury of the Participant

Permanent Disability. That, because of accident, disability, or physical or mental illness, you are deemed permanently incapable of performing your duties to the Company or any subsidiary, as determined in accordance with the Company's then current disability insurance policy.

Permanent Disability. Shall mean the Executive’s inability to perform the duties and responsibilities required of the Executive in such Executive’s employment capacity by reason of a physical or mental disability or infirmity which has continued for more than ninety (90) consecutive Business Days (excluding vacation days) in any twelve (12) consecutive month period, as reasonably determined by the Board.

Permanent Disability. That Executive is considered to have a disability that entitles the Executive to receive long-term disability benefits under the Company's long-term disability insurance plan or policy
