Target Bonus. Means the target annual cash bonus applicable to the Executive under the Intermec, Inc. Management Incentive Compensation Plan (effective for the Company's 1999 fiscal year and thereafter) and any predecessor or successor plans which provide for the grant of annual cash bonuses or other short-term cash incentive awards.
