Disability

Disability. The circumstance whereby the Executive becomes disabled by virtue of ill health or other disability and is unable to perform substantially and continuously the duties assigned to him for more than 180 consecutive or non-consecutive days out of any consecutive 12-month period in the reasonable opinion of a qualified physician chosen by the Company and reasonably acceptable to the Executive.

Disability. A permanent and total disability resulting from a physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, as determined by the Board based on medical evaluation

Disability. Disability. Disability. The meaning set forth in the Optionee's employment agreement with the Company or, if there is no employment agreement, it shall mean the Optionee is disabled as determined under Section 409A(a)(2)(C) of the Code

Disability. Shall mean the Optionee is disabled as determined under Section 409A(a)(2)(C) of the Code.

Disability. A disability which renders the Participant incapable of performing all of his or her material duties for a period of at least 180 consecutive or non-consecutive days during any consecutive twelve-month period

Disability. Employee's failure or inability, for reasons of health, to perform Employee's usual and customary duties on behalf of the Company in the usual and customary manner for a total of more than ninety (90) consecutive business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (days during which the Company is closed due to a recognized holiday))

Disability. The Executive's inability to perform the essential functions of his job for more than twelve (12) workweeks in any one (1) year period, with or without reasonable accommodation).

Disability. Shall be deemed to have occurred if Optionee is unable, due to any physical or mental disease or condition, to perform his normal duties of employment for 120 consecutive days or 180 days in any twelve-month period.
